I really hope that CNN will take Amardeep's invitation to broadcast the funerals on Friday. I think that part of moving past our differences comes from understanding. Perhaps if people see the funeral services some will no longer think of Sikh's as "others". Overall, very nice job by CNN in covering the event when many others did not even send reporters. Much respect to Amardeep and Kanwardeep Kaleka for wanting to get their message of peace and acceptance out and for speaking so eloquently under such difficult circumstances.
I went to school with Amardeep and am so humbled and proud at hispoise during this horrific tragedy. Thank you Anderson, for sharing his story.
maybe i was a Sikh in a previous life because i definitely believe 2000% that the soul continues on.And, the term "complete" is more appropriate than death since nothing ends..we just can't SEE them on this plane
but we can feel their presence
Excellent interview. Such an eloquent response to all the sincere questions. Well done, and meaningful. Thank you!
Thank you so much for interviewing the families and for letting the American people hear their story. I am so sad that this has happened and feel this community is so misunderstood and being bunched in with terrorist which is not true. Hate is based on fear which is based on ignorance. Thank you for getting the real information out there, for informing people of what is true. Hoping for unity. Sending love and healing to all effected by this shooting. Namaste (the good in me sees the good in you)
