worked for Toyota in the 80s and 90s... and the US government has let the Japanese get away with this issue, we had issues like this in Canada in the 90s with Camry, so further investigation needed and to expand for world wide input and get copies of customer files in customer relations and quality assurance Head office files. Those customers injured need closure not just payouts....
