Mitt Romney could diffuse the charges that were leveled that he was still working at Bain Capital as CEO beyond 1999 by releasing his income tax returns for 1991 to 2001 showing he did not receive W-2s as CEO for work done during those years.
I thought I heard that Mitt's father in years past recommended that candidates should release the previous 12 years of income tax returns. Why is Mitt limiting the released information to only the last two years?
Trust:
Both candidates are looking to earn our trust to give them are vote.Which candidate will convince us that they will do the best to fix our economy, relationship with other nations, health, business, immigration laws, equality and other issues. I hope Wolf make this questions to both candidates: WHICH OF THE CANDIDATE WE LATINOS CAN TRUST?
I think both candidates should run on their sucesses and the news should run stories on their successes. all the scandles and Lies are driving me crazy and not giving me the correct info to make a good disicion on who should run our contry in these troubled times. I think the News should give me the facts and dig up the facts and put it out there so people can make a good and educated disicision
I't refreshing to see a news program where you are finaly holding the Obama campain accountable for their twisting of the truth and smear capain against Romney. It was also nice to see Romney sticking up for him self against the distortions.
One thing I would say though is don't be so lazy and dig up the truth your self and report about it. Do you realy think that Romney could have turned the olimics around and saved it from run away scandal and still be involved in the day to day operations of Bain.
you should in the intrest of truth, report on the succes he had with the olimics, instead of trying to find a scandle story to run on. the olimpics is actualy a very interesting story. I would much rather watch a discousion and hear the facts on that. rather than a story on that is obviously distorting the issues and a smear tactic.
Mitt Romney's strategy that deposed Newt Gingrich is same used now against him and he complains? Yes Paul Begalla, Mitt Romney should toughen up, it's the standard he set for himself. Explain why you have your signature on SEC documents "3 years" after your supposed Bain exit, simple. You just can't have it both ways. If some aspect of the media say you're excused doesn't cut it, you should make your explanation clear. Mitt's been quick to harp on Solyndra, did not rebuff bloviating ignoramus Donald Trump making a folly of himself with the birther issue, because Mitt was looking to gain from it through his surrogates. He's swimming in the waters he muddled up himself.
Ok Paul Begala, you say toughen up Mitt and let the President call you a felon. Should it then be ok for Romney to call Obama a liar, a charlatan and a thief? Obama's lies are obvious regarding Bain, Obama is grossly not qualified to be president and Obama's economic policies and foolish spending are stealing the future of America. This rhetoric is disgusting.
