Executive privilege explained

Jeffrey Toobin says executive privilege is about protecting internal deliberations inside the executive branch. The President needs to be able to consider policy options with his advisors without worrying they will be subpoenaed to disclose what they discussed.

Fast and Furious decision process and all documents involved need public airing and full disclosure to alleviate the stink over the death not only of our border patrol agent but thousands of Mexican citizens because of this wacky idea for supplying weapons to the Drug Cartels. Exec privilege can't be allowed to cover up this disastrous program. DOJ people already have lied to Congress. Please pursue to find who was responsible and how high the briefings went.
