I do believe that this fine is not constitutional, freedom of speech and all. I am sure someone will take this to court and win.
i was just wondering if was even contitutional to fine anyone for swearing. if so then what happened to our freedom of speech. it seems to me that intelligent people would obviously fight that fine, while less intelligent people would bow down and pay it. personally i would laugh at a police officer who tried to write me a citation for droping the infamous "f bomb".
