I watched your show yesterday Anderson about the Egyptian Election.....Your depiction of what's happening in Egypt is very much one sided and that insults the intelligence of many Egyptians that are for a secular state....Are you aware that the Muslim Brotherhood influenced many poor people by giving them money and food in order to win their vote during the parliamentary elections and also used religion to coerce voters. The committee that was to write the new constitution was rushed and illegally put together by the party that the Muslim Brotherhood affiliates with ...They had around 67% majority. That's the reason why the High courts in Egypt ruled against it.....
As far as Mr. Shafik is concerned...He was never charged with any wrong doing while in the Mubarack administration...He believes in a purely secular state....Please present both sides of the story when speaking to your audience..thanks
