A little five year old girl is being raped by a grown man, and her 'dad' rescued her. I dare say to all who now want to convict him, I wonder what you would have done in the same situation. I say, thank God the dad was there. Good for him. Oh, and excuse me for not caring about a grown man sexually molesting a little innocent girl. This country doesn't have millions of dollars to rehabilitate guys like him! Not to mention that the little girl would never grow to be 6, 7, 8, etc., and forget what happened to her. This is not a case of any eye for an eye, but rather sometimes in life you reap what you sow!
He should not be prosecuted. He did what every Father should do in that situation.
So I guess this means someone should go and kill Jerry Sandusky, right? After all, he deserves it, right? So anyone who's a bad actor can be killed by anyone and that's ok. And if someone kills someone else who they think is a molestor but they make a mistake, that's just too bad, right?
You don't take the law into your own hands and murder somebody. This is called civilization. You call the police. This guy should be charged with manslaughter.
