Gov.Barber shall be prosecuted and/or be subject to civil penalties. We need to start holding our politicians accountable for their actions, not just during election, but after and while in office. Gov. Barber's pardons were the results of either political favors being repay or gross negligence for which he shall answer in a court of law. It makes me sick watch politicians commit this outrages actions, which shall be criminal without being punish. Personally, I feel no single person shall have the power to wipe out a conviction and if such power is granted, then we shall held the pardon grantor responsible for the future action of those pardoned...I guarantee this will make both Presidents and Governor think twice before pardoning someone without due deligent and sound reasoning.
