Andrea Yates asks to attend church again

Years after killing her children, Andrea Yates asks to be allowed to attend church again. AC360's Randi Kaye reports.

    If Ms Yates believes in the omnipotent power of God, she must know that He is not confined to a church building, God is everywhere, including in her cell, she can spend time with God there. It is by God;s grace, through a jury of her peers that her life was spared the death penalty, that is the sum of society's obligation to her. Thou shalt not kill is one of Gods laws, not mans. Her children quite possibly would have loved the opportunity to attend church, however their mother has removed that option forever.

    I feel that Andrea Yates should never be allowed to leave where she is now.I feel she would not fair well out around the people. She killed her kids, and yes was not in her right mind at the time. But a killing is a killing, and it to be her own kids. come on do the right thing here.
