Thank you again and again Anderson Cooper for not giving up on the Syrian People like the whole world is doing. What you show on your programme means so much to the Syrian people. The US spokes persons keep on blaming it on Russia and China, but the truth will always be that the US, the champion of freedom and democracy, let the Syrian people down and allowed them to be "murdered" (the correct word you used on your show last night) by this brutal regime. It's a dark point in the history of Humanity. I am now a US Citizen and proud to be one for everything this country stands for. My home town is Homs though, and this is tearing me apart and I'm sure you will understand why because you are a true human being. Anderson, you are well versed about what's truly happening in Syria and I'm hopefull that you will also dedicate a piece on your show for all the prisoners who are rotting in Syrian jails. One of them is the youngest prisoner of conscience by the name of Tal Al Mallouhi. Anderson, if we are able to go soon to celebrate with the syrian people their freedom, on behalf of all the people who you managed to communicate their voice to the world, I cordially invite you to attend this celebration on syrian soil. It will mean a lot if you were there. You are a true champion of freedom.
Sincerely,
Rabia Tolaymat
