What makes one colour believe they are better than the other? Colour? Education? where you live? or what? is this not another colonialism in the 20th century? Until we all come to realise why one person has a dark colour and the other a fair colour, then, we are living like ignorant people. Colour does not dictate who we are inwardly, it is just an outward identity. Do you know, even in churches, there is racism? Maybe it is only in heaven that the ground levels.
When you enhanced the video, the Police Officer ear looks like a bump/lump is on it. It most certainly does not show that without the enhancement. Take a look at that!
