Anderson,
Where is the EMT report? Does it support the injuries that were reported? The policemen would wear gloves if they saw any evidence of blood right? Why won't the police department release any information they have to help sort out the facts? Keep them honest Anderson.....we're counting on you!
If the shot was fired at close range wouldn't there be blood splatter? Perhaps that's the blood the EMT saw at the scene but the blood was from Trayvon.
Anderson, that video that you are showing of the police officer with Zimmerman is interesting. YOu say the officer is wiping his hand..while that may be true, I do not believe there was blood. Police officers are trained to put GLOVES on when dealing with body fluids!
I am so relieved that there are people like Marcia Clark and Anderson Cooper that have brains! Zimmerman doesn't even have blood on his shirt. If he had even a small nose bleed, it would be apparent on his shirt.
If Zimmerman had a broken nose, like anyone else, he would have blood all over his shirt. I see no blood evidence.
Wouldn't the police put on gloves if Zimmerman were bleeding when he was arrested? Or when they were examining him as seen in the video?
RE: the new video of George Zimmerman being taken into custody. If he were bleeding – and head wounds bleed profusely – wouldn't the law enforcement officer(s) be wearing gloves?
OMG people!! GET OVER IT!!! Yes it was sad that a young man died, however if that man felt like he was in danger then it had every right to shoot him. I was robbed at gun point with my 2 year old right next to be. I now look at black kids differently because of this, if I see a black kid walking towards me or near me I feel very scared. I am not a racist but when thing like that happen to you or your friends your outlook can change in a heartbeat. The neighborhood had several breaks in over the last months. He felt that he was in danger!!! He had every right to defend himself and he should not go to jail for it.
i feel very bad for trayvon Martin and this should not have happened but why did Tryvon not use his cell phone to call the police if he was afraid and not continue to talk to his girlfriend? why did she not call the police if she thought he was being threatened? I also think this has gotten way out of control with a bounty on zimmermens life and people putting out address of people that are not related to zimmerman. if heads do not cool down there will be more deaths and that is not the way this should go. the whole country needs to take a big breath and let the police do their job and found out what happened and let our leagal system work.
re. Trayvon vs. Zimmerman
A thought that bothers me, is the fact that no-one seems to mention or think of the fact of weight difference between the two.... How can a 160 pound teen coming up from behind a two hundred + pound man, hit him in the face??? and damage the back of his head? the story's of the so-called attack are as nonsensical as anything I have ever heard, and in my 79 years I have heard and seen a lot.
The basic Question is simply why did he confront Trayvon to start out with instead of staying in his car as the police-recording shows.
Want to be cops should be barred from becoming security guards with guns, or watchmen, sorry this should not have happened and I do not believe that a 160 pound kid could have done what I might call self-inflicted damage.. Zimmerman said Trayvon was on top of him, if so why didnt he use his hands, or arms, feet to get Trayvon off of him. broken nose, damage to the back of his head...give me a break" Perhaps he was hurt somwhere else and is blaming.TrayvonI. Is there anyon to check this out.
why on earth are you people showing that photo of tryvon martin when he was about 10-13 years old holding that cute baby. He was actually 17 years old and ,as you said- Anderson, 6 foot 3 inches. Young black African -American 10 year olds are being frightened to death that they are targets.
It may not be a cynical act on the parents part, they may not have photos of their son beyond that age. But even the President seems to have been duped calling Trayvon a boy. Calling a black man a boy,at any other time would be an insult from the old south, otherwise.
I understand how devasted people are over that young mans death. I don't understand why the "hoodie" is a "symbol", as the a Congressman stated today"it is just clothes". Yes it is just clothes and perhaps when Zimmerman stated that he was a black male, wearing a hoodie, he was simply supplying the police with the description of the young man. He may have not thought anything into what he was wearing – just simply describing him to the police! If he was a white man, wearing a t-shirt and jeans, I am sure that is how he would have described him to police. Some people want to blame everthing on racism.
School suspensions are not vacations. Trayvon's parents need to examine their own actions which resulted in death. When a student is suspended from school parental supervision is heightened. It is their responsibility to oversee restriction. Mr. Martin chose to place Trayvon with his girlfriend, a non-custodial parent not responsible for the student's actions, in a residence that is not the student's legal residence. Rather than argue and restrict the student she allowed him to roam the streets as on a vacation. The parents condoned the student's behavior and did not conduct themselves as parents exercising parental control and/ or proper corrective discipline. The situation between Trayvon and Zimmerman is an unfortunate result of a lack of parental supervision of a minor.
You know I think it is strange that when it is a black child we need to wonder is a child's school records compare to a criminal record. In criminal justice we use the criminal record as the best indicator of a person'd likelihood of future criminal behavior. Zimmerman's arrest records are going to be considered because they are part of the public record. On the other hand a child's school records are not guilt of any crime and are private and protected. In questioning their relevance, which is none, Anderson you should be looking for who released these records for the crime that they have committed and for participating in a smear campaign of an innocent victim
