I wanted to comment or suggest on Anderson's show (if we have it were persons convicted of a crime being judged by jurors, why not have it where a person convicted of a crime judged by 12 for a pardon. Why is it one man's decision to pardon (federally by the President and stately by the Govenor) It just seems unrealistic and absurd. We should have it amended that any convicted felon can file for pardonship while they are incarcerated or free to plead their case before a jury after receiving a date or appointment to do so.

Can the pardoned repeat their crimes and be protected by Double Jepardy?

I totally don't believe those criminals should have been pardoned from those crimes of passion.
