It is good to hear about the people who may be injured by Barbours pardons, but there is nothin illegal here. The constitution of this state gives the governor the unconditional right to pardon anyone in this state, except for treason. If you don't like it amend the state constitution, but this won't affect these pardons. It is not even clear that the courts have the right to even review these pardons..
