Regarding the ship that sank, the captain says one thing while the passengers and recordings say another. The only one defending the captain seems to be his lawyer. Is this a lawyer from Carnival cruise lines defending the captain or an independent lawyer hired by the captain. Was the lawyer with the captain when the ship went down, According to this lawyer, the captain was coordinating activities for rescue from shore. Perhaps the captain and the lawyer can conduct their lives from a jail cell.
What I would like to know is why did the ship tip over so fast? Did anybody close the water tight compartment? Titanic and the Andra Adoria took hours. Is thair a flaw in the ship's design? and if so what other Carnival cruise ships have this problem? Can your show look into these question Mr Cooper? This could be bigger that just this one ship it could affect all cruise ships.
