CNN's Martin Savidge speaks to a man convicted of murdering his wife, but pardoned by Haley Barbour and released.
What the consistent "tradition" of the pardon and release of prisoners who commit crimes of "passion" against women says, is that the lives of those women killed are of no value or concern to society or the state, and it's fine to let these murderers get away with their crime; after all, it was just a woman who was murdered. This spectacular disregard for the value of a woman's life is unconscionable.
