I am an alternative educational teacher in California. Often these children need alternative educational settings which may include intense counseling & additional physical activity. However, whichever agency verbalizes these ideas, they are then responsible for the cost of this program. No agency wants to pay for these programs, so medicating the child is the cheaper alternative. A sad state of affairs for the most vulnerable of US Citizens.
don't see that helps with them think it what they turn to deal with problem children from bad homes.
