The burden of proof is a difficult concept. Both parties are questionable and innocent until proven guilty this is an intimidating situation. Is she under advisement of an attorney or does she just want to get noticed. He of course in this position will deny allegations. Why is this just coming to light now? Knowing he is married she should have not allowed it to happen.

Tomorrow, or later this week we will hear Cain read from a prepared speech stating that all of these allegations have taken a toll on his wife and his family and family comes first. He will go on to further deny all allegations and cite the fact that he can not in good conscience allow persons to tarnish his image and that of the republican base and that after a deep soul searching and prayers he regrettably will withdraw from the race. He will then ask that the press respect his family s right to privacy during this difficult time.
