Not only that, but carpool guy wasn't wearing his seatbelt, which should have given him an even bigger fine.
For once I completely disagree with AC's choice for Ridiculist. If anything it should have been the idiot reporter as the target. Carpool guy is a media hero! If you received a $500 ticket, and suddenly you had a camera shoved in your face, I'm sure you would be none too happy. CPG (CarPoolGuy) was witty, confrontational and everything we want out of our 'instant internet celebrities.' Bravo, CPG. I hope this notoriety finds you a TV show.

Then I have a short suggestion for him and for you. Not happy you get caught driving in the carpool lane? Don't drive in the carpool lane unless you are a carpool. Kinda simple isn't it?

I don't know why he's so pissed at the camera guy, though it probably is annoying to have someone sticking a camera in your face while you are getting a ticket. Most of his ranting is stupid. But I thought his last zinger was dead on.
