Dr. Murray is responsible for MJ'S death, because first, he never should of agreed to give him such a dangerous drug. If you asked your Dr. to push you off a cliff, do you think he should agree? Well its the same thing, he should of said no. As long as Dr's give celebrities drugs that they know they shouldn't, more will die. Of course he didn't intend to kill MJ, but by leaving him alone to talk to his many girlfriends, he wasn't there to see MJ was in respiratory failure. His actions afterward shows that he knew what trouble he was in thats why he tried to clean up the evidence, instead of tending to MJ. It really is a no brainer. He committed two crimes. First crime of Greed and two Murder.
This case includes lots of interesting elements. But what fascinates me the most is the issue of enabling. As a physician, Dr. Murray had a legal, moral, and professional duty to do what was best for Michael Jackson. Instead, Murray took the easy (and profitable) way out. He gave his famous patient what the patient wanted, not what was good for him.
One of these two men paid for this breach of trust and ethics with his life. The other should pay with his freedom, and his license to practice medicine.
I believe the doctor is innocent. Everytime an actor or star dies some one wants to blame some one else. We heard in Mike's on voice him asking for meds. He had several doctors. Mike was a grown man himself was to blame. Just let him go in peace
I believe he is innocent! Why would he want to kill Michael Jackson? Michael was paying him big bucks to take care of him. Why would Mr. Murray put an end to his own income?? Michael did it to himself, yet, everyone wants to blame Mr. Murray. Why aren't Michaels other physicians on trial also???? We can't assume anything. It has to be proved.
