Anderson: Could not stop laughing at turtle man - AND YOU!! Loved the report – yee yee yee yee yee yee yee!
Anderson, I always enjoy your program. However, I was disappointed to see this cooke even televised as he was engaging in cruelty. The manner in which he manhandles defenseless turtles is typical behavior of a bully. I get the whole point of "Ridiculist" and have laughed at some of the stupid things people do. But when it involves mistreatment of other living things greater discretion should be considered before idiots like this guy consume any television time and are glamourized.
I have been such a loyal fan, so I was shocked and disappointed to see you publicizing the mistreatment of turtles as something funny. Now, with this guy's new show, there's the risk that more people will get the same idea. You're trusted to show both sides of the issues. Please do a follow-up show on the status of turtles, of which many species are endangered. Please, no more offense to your fans who believe in respect for all living things.
There really is something wrong with a post that will not carry the message of the need to respect all living things.
Can't wait to watch the Turtle Man! My Grandpa caught snappin turtles by hand during the depression to feed his family. I hope you get to try it too.
At long last, the Republicans finally have a viable presidential nominee.
This turtle man is horrible and obviously does not know what kind of trauma, minor though it may seem, he is inflicting on these curious, interesting animals. I never thought Anderson Cooper would show something so crass even on the ridiculist. This is advertising animal abuse, and Cooper didn't even consider that fact. I have decided to no longer watch the show. Good riddance, ridiculist!
