She shares what happened during a school dance just days ago tonight on AC360°. Plus, opening statements in the trial of Michael Jackson's doctor, who's accused of involuntary manslaughter in the singer's 2007 death. Jurors heard audio of a drugged and rambling Jackson. We'll play part of it for you. Plus, tonight's other headlines.

Scroll down to join the live chat during the program. It's your chance to share your thoughts on tonight's headlines. Keep in mind, you have a better chance of having your comment get past our moderators if you follow our rules.

Here are some of them:

1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

if they had bathtubs full, they were possibly getting stocked up for the tour – the stress and mixed up sleep cycles during a world-tour must be crazy upside down – I think he had a very non-regular sleep-wake cycle developed over the years

I imagine if you are so famous, that you could shop around for a doctor who would do what you wanted as a drug addict. Most wouldn't, but fame can be very powerful to other people and he was probably paid very well.

    J. Toobin is absolutely right abut the Dr. Not telling the para-medics that he had given Deprivan!! I don't know if Narcan would have worked at that point or another drug or action would have brought him back, but the Dr. SHould have Said what he had given!

Excellent point Starr but I have a feeling that by the time the paramedics got there he had been dead for some time. We'll probably never know the entire events of that day.

Agreed Sharon. We will probably never know the truth of it.

"Gay" is the new "witch", as in "witch hunt".

And it's not just actually-gay kids who may be the victims. How many kids are accused of being 'gay' because they don't 'measure up' to someone else's image of what "feminine" or "masculine" is? How many kids have felt pressured into teenage sex to "prove that they aren't gay"?

Any kid who doesn't fit in is vulnerable to being attacked and ganged up on– and if their bullies persuade others that their victims are gay, will these kids then be left to the wolves "in the name of Christian morality"?

in the video, michael looked like his mind was working but his body was full of toxins and trying to keep up with his mind – his body seemed to be slurring.

This story literally left me weeping in front of my t.v. I am angered, saddened, and stunned by the level of cruelty Jamey and his family have had to endure. Jamey seemed like an incredibly bright, intuitive, and loving young man. How anyone could have enough hate in them to make this wonderful person feel that their life was worthless is beyond me. I am so inspired by the strength and poise of his sister. Their parents should be proud of the remarkable children they raised. It all seems like such a waste...I can only hope that his story brings more awareness to the impact of bullying and to the power of words. The hate has to stop before we lose more Jameys.

Ann from Mississippi, I too have been reduced to tears in front of the television due to this senseless loss of life... Pardon my typing as it's difficult to type when crying... when will our society recognize the behavior we are encouraging in each other?!?! The people who JEERED and BOOED the gay soldier in the recent GOP (oops, sorry, TEA PARTY) debate are most likely the parental figures of the bullies who oppressed Jamey until his death... I could cry every day thinking about this but am trying to think of a way to channel my energies so that others will know and have hope that IT GETS BETTER!!!!!!

Dr. Murray was participating in a sort of musical chairs for doctors. He happened to be caught standing at the end. Doesn't excuse him for his actions but he was in a terrible situation and when he saw what was going on he should have gotten out. He isn't responsible for Jackson's self medicating without telling his doctor but is responsible for giving him such powerful drugs in a home setting without proper monitoring.

Interesting way to look at it, but you are right in the end, there should have been proper equipment & Supervision!

It could indeed be problematic if MJ took other sedatives Without letting the doctor know. The "mix" of sedatives woud leaved him very vulnerable to Any other sedative that would drop his blood pressure like a stone.

I am very curious as to "how" MJ delivered Deprivan to himself (unless the Dr. left the vial in the IV or close by).

You can always consult an attorney and discuss "toxic work environment". This is a buzz word that has serious legal ramifications and companies do not want to be charged with that.
