Just watched the 9/09/11 show. You mentioned that there is only one known photograph of Mullah Omar. Google it; lots of images come up.

If I was the in control of the security in Washington, D. C., The Pentagon & Ground zero. I would set up 3-5 mile perimeters around these hotspots where terrorists activity would be most likely to be prominent. Evacuate everyone and everything, with tightened CIA operatives and security presence. Knowingly that this would be very time costly, I would also set up to where all civilian cell phone frequencies would to be blocked in these perimeters; only to be using military frequencies.
