Thank you Mr. Anderson from heart. It's a lot going on! terrible situation... Criminal Bashar Assad the dog of Ali Khamenei in Iran. Freedom for Syria and Iran. look how funny above those how call themselves "pro-Bashar" e-soldiars for money! (BTW Bashar Ja'afari is Iranian and he is born in Asfahan Iran – wikipidia).
Anderson .. I can never thank you enough for exposing all the lies the Syrian Regime have been spreading against the truth we Syrians have been shouting for the last six months, and our fathers before us for the last 30 years ... We shed our blood in price for freedom we deserve, some of the best young men in the country are now gone forever because of a dictator who refuses to abide by the law of his country, and the law of humanity ,
That Ja'afari man is a parrot, repeating the same hollow words over and over.. I just wish I would live long enough to see him swallow his tongue.
Thank you Anderson!
thank you Mr. Cooper for showing the world what the criminal regime is doing to our families in syria, as a thank you you were listed on the Syrian revolution's honor list along with people how supported our demand for freedom and democracy.
When, 'Greed" is taken out of the equation – this world would be a more stable planet to live on. But, that would be wishful thinking
Mr. Cooper, I have watched your reports regarding Syria. I wonder how Social Media might have influenced the overtake of the Cuban government back in 1959-1961 and the number of people Castro's murdered. I realized Batista also murdered. Neither was right. But at what cost?
Thank you from all of the Syrian hearts for saying the truth and for standing up for their rights
Dear Mr. Anderson:
I am a Syrian-American women who has been living in the US for the last 25 years. You have been trying to report what is going on in the middle east of what it is called the arab spring ever since it started. However, I am surprise with the unprofessionalism and the lake of the crediblity in most of your reports. The world is getting smaller and smaller and the information travel very fast. I have relatives and friends to whom I talked often and they all said that they are sick and tired from all the lies that CNN is trying to report. CNN needs to respect its viewrs and report the news not make it.
Well Anderson, it looks like you made up your mind and you took one side on what is going on in Syria. Don't you think you should be open minded and at least pretend that you are listing to the people you are interviewing? I think you as a journalist, should not take side and always try to look for the truth. You already made up your mind and you are accusing and not interviewing your guest. Please try to be objective, just a little bit would help.
Dear Mr. Cooper,
I was very pleased to watch your interview with the Syrian Ambassador on AC360. During the interview, the Ambassador referred to the Syrian people as his people. It is difficult for me to take this statement honestly and seriously in view of the vivid videos of the atrocities in Syria which is by the regime he represents. Any regime that could use gunships on its people has divorced itself from those people and do not have the right to be in office. It always seems to surprise me at the depth of degradation that humanity could sink for political reasons. Thank you for doing this interview and not to accept the misleading information provided by the Syrian Ambassador. Anderson, let the facts speak for its’ self and hold the perpetrators accountable. You do it so well.
By the way, the brake down on national television last night was not pretty, don’t do it again.
I am sick.....shame on Syria!!! 2 year old babies shot....dead bodies having to be drug by ropes to thier families who themselves are being shot at.....and he DENIES IT!! INFURIATING! Come on United Nations.....DO SOMETHING!
Anderson... you're an incredibly reputable and accomplished reporter. I have admired your down-to-earth and in-depth reporting for years. But for the first time in my life, after viewing that little girl on a sidewalk in Damascus, after being shot in the eye from the crossfire of mad-men, I was absolutely reduced to tears. I understand what your goal is in creating a vivid and compelling message of the plight among Syrian protesters, but this was not necessary.
There are plenty of your viewers, Anderson, who can fully appreciate and comprehend the sheer magnitude of suffering in Syria, and other areas you report from in the world.
Please... please refrain from showing the footage of this child- it's simply too heart wrenching.
Thank you Mr. Cooper for all your efforts to reveal the truth and show the reality of what is happening in Syria.
Thank you Anderson for grilling this Syrian government thug., you really cornered him, he looked lost.
Mr. Anderson,
You nailed him.. a kid can see how much Bashar is lying !
you know that those people supporting bashar will not be convinced by logic because it is a religious thing.. they are a part of bashar's sect, and they are threatened by the dead squads.. Things now are clear to the whole world and more pressure should be underway. Thank you again and I hope to see more of this reports. Man there are videos of shooting in the head on protestors more than the one you showed..
Thanks for being the angel of truth that flew and captured the reality of what happened
This lier represents Al Assad's bloody regime. they have been killing kids since 6 months just because they asked for freedom. thank you Anderson from all syrian people
what a waste of time....lies lies lies and more lies....omg until when politicians overseas cover up all......until when USA gets blame....
Thank you Anderson for keeping the world honest !!! You were so right about everything you said to the despicable Syrian representative.
God Bless.
I love your show and your dedication to the truth . Thank you
Thank you Mr Cooper for speaking the truth and stand up for the hopeless, we are a group of Syrian Americans organization from NJ that lived through this horrible ruthless Syrian regime, and we know and experienced what a dictatorship like the existing Bashar Al Assad and his thugs can do, from killing to torture to rapes, to all kind of atrocities.
On behalf of myself and hundreds of others we thank you from the bottom of our heart.
Thank youand Gopdbless you
zaher Al Shamee
Cooper, thank you, you ROCK!
Bashar Jaafary: aren't you ashamed of your self, you are the biggest liar I have ever heard!
Thank you Anderson for exposing this criminal and deceiving regime. The Syrian regime is committing crime against humanity everyday and lying about as you can see insulting any free intelligent person in the wold. This has to stop, please call on the UN and the NATO to protect the Syrian people to avoid a major catastrophe in that whole region.
no wander CNN is number " last" news organization in the country this days. getting information from fake videos and " eye witnesses" who live in US about something is going on in syria is like a deaf in a concert.
for who does not know, what is going on in syria is a goverment reaction toward syrian Al-Qaeda and the new Taliban who is being supported by Saudi Arabia radical king family. The same family who has been giving money to Bakistani intelligence to hide Ben Laden and other high rank terrorist from justice and from the US army. Why I dont see this legitamet information making headline news, I dont know, must not be as important as attacking the effort of a country to restore order in the street, like what england did. FYI, also, the reason why US found Ben Laden is because one of the high ranked Bakistani officer granted a political asylum in USA with 25 milion dollars as price for ben laden head before he give them the exact location and information about his location. here we go, Anderson, go and try to investigate this facts, but try not to loose your jobe because of that. good luck.
Thank you Anderson Cooper.........what a refreshing moment for all. With so much bad news and stress in our country, it really felt great to laugh and cry with you. It was good medicine......
Thank you Anderson Cooper for uncovering the lies of the Syrian regime. Thank you for standing by the truth. It is despicable that the Syrian government continues to kill its own citizens ruthlessly and does not allow journalists to freely report in Syria. Thank you again and keep up the good work!!
Dear Anderson,
Thank you for standing up for human rights. I really enjoyed your interview with Bashar Ja'afari. It was very clear that he was hiding the truth. Please do not forget the Iranian people that are suffering under the Islamic regime in IRAN. Islamic regime is supproting the syrian government and doing alot worse to iranian people inside IRAN. Even worse than Syrian government.
Thank you
Kambiz Moridi
Rock on Anderson, keep 'em honest.
Anderson, Thank you for standing up to the Syrian ambassador. I cannot believe there is not a greater outcry from Americans about this horrifying situation. I thank you for standing up for the people but especially for the children who have been tortured and killed there. I think you and the rest of the media need to keep publishing and broadcasting the horrific photos and video until the world rises in unison to drive away Assad.
Thank you Mr Cooper for standing with the truth and making a fool of the ambassador of the Assad regime
Good job AC Marc twain said if you tell the truth you don't have to remember any thing ,not one single video of demonstrators carrying weapon was ever seen the demonstrators have kept their promise to keep it peaceful despite the biggest crackdown in the history of man kind
The images and video we have seen coming out of Syria is absolutely alarming! but the method in which Anderson conducted this interview was unprofessional!
Hell of a job Anderson. Good reporting, you threw reality and truth right to his face and over the air. Good Job my friend. This is what good journalism is about.
I am sorry to see Anderson believe that he can lecture people of other countries. The interview clearly shows he has taken sides. What happened to real journalism? I don't want to hear Anderson's opinion, I wanted to hear that of the Ambassador. American media is way to concerned with telling countries of the world what they they should do, you have absolutely no qualification or legitimacy, please do not lecture us!
Anderson, Though your stance regarding Syria and the Syrian crack-down on peaceful demonstrations is correct, I find your confrontational approach and relatively one-sided opinions to be contrary to your general objectives. Yes, there are countless examples of Syrian forces detaining, injuring, and even killing peaceful protestors, however, your attacks on the Syrian ambassador the the UN are counterproductive in that they fail to acknowledge the hypocrisy of any American journalist that seeks to criticize the control approach the Syrian government has taken in regard to this issue. Let us not forget that for the past 10 years the United States has blamed both real and phantom terrorist organizations for a wide range of incidences and has used the existence of these organizations as justification for the suppression or outright elimination of many civil liberties and rights – including the right to free speech and a free media. Take, for example, the role of the media in the War in Iraq. How many CNN reporters were permitted to travel freely to the front-lines? How many CNN reporters were permitted to report freely without their footage first being reviewed and approved by the US government? I believe the answer to this question is the exact same as the number of CNN reporters that have been permitted to report frely on the Syria crisis from within Syria. 0.
So Anderson, though you are correct in criticizing and denouncing the Syrian government and Syrian ambassador, you are fundamentally flawed and therefore in your approach. You may wish to denounce this as bias, however, this notion of "free-journalism" which you so proudly preach on your progam neither exists in Syria nor in the United States.
So please, take the appropriate stance, but stop being a hypocrite!
AC,, I just want to say that you did a great job on the interview with Bashar Ja'afari, Syria's ambassador to the United Nations. Please keep up a good work and we love your show.
