Anderson interview with the UN Ambassador of Syria was more like O'Reilly interview. He did not let the Ambassador fisnish his sentences and he started with a preconceived opinion. Anderson was not in Syria during the demonstrations, and all the videos shown on CNN cannot be verified. The so called Alexandre that Anderson interviewed does not seem to be a genuine Syrian as depicted by his accent. Besides, CNN has been very biased against the regime in Syria. We want the truth from respected journalists , not prefabricated stories.
Anderson, I am a longtime journalist myself. I truly enjoy your show and have long admired your your reporting. I'm especially impressed by how you've brought journalistic ethics back to TV in a really serious way. Kudos! But I had to turn away from tonight's 360 abruptly when you displayed, without any warning, and then lingered on a horrifying photo of a two-year-old Syrian girl apparently shot to death by Syrian authorities. I will have nightmares featuring this image tonight. More than that, its use (especially without warning) was exploitative and viscerally manipulative. I expect better of you and your producers.
It is such a tragedy about the 2 year who was killed, even sadder that all the children who have been killed in Palestine have gotten so little press by people like Anderson Cooper who could really shed light ....
