    Anderson,
Did your experts miss the point on involuntary medications and competency to stand trial? Any mental health patient who is dangerous to self or others can be forced to accept medications. The issue of competency and involuntary meds comes under the Sell vs. U.S. decision. Does the court hold sufficient interest in having the case prceed? Does that interest outweigh the accused's right to refuse medication? I'll bet Jeff would have hit this point that goes far beyond danger to self or others.
Best always, and keep your high standards.
