'Whitey' Bulger Not Fighting Extradition: Join the Live Chat

We have breaking news on the capture of fugitive James 'Whitey' Bulger. He went before a judge in California, who has ordered him to go back to Boston to face charges. Plus, the latest developments on the New York same-sex marriage bill. We'll have a live report from Albany on when the vote may take place. And, Cindy Anthony takes the stand again in Orlando, Florida. She told the jury she did the search for chloroform, and not Casey.
What that could mean for the case against her daughter, tonight on 360°.

Here are some of them:

1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

    Good evening everyone, Anderson-

This Casey Anthony case is such a sad tragic situation. In the mean time, a precious little girl's life was lost. Justice should be served.

If you mispelled chlorophyl in Google, it may have come back and said 'do you mean chloroform' and given a list for chorlorform. The Google search engine does some pretty cognitive things on it own.

I can believe Cindy Anthony said no!!! Never look up 84 times on Goggle!

Why would she look up chloroform and not neck breaking! It doesn't fit the crime!

I don't think Cindy or George Anthony have any credibility in this case because they covered for their daughter when Caylee went missing. Cindy called 911 reporting her granddaughter missing and claiming her daughter's trunk smelled like a decomposing body and then turned around and said it was rotten pizza. George Anthony is a former police officer and he would oviously know the difference between the two and if this was an accidental drowning and he knew about it then he would have automatically have known that Casey could not be arrested for her daughter's death .

No she didn't look up chloroform.

I don't think the prosecution proved their case as a capital offense in the Anthony trial. I think she did horrible things to keep her daughter quiet so she could party and the child died from it. She's a liar and carrying the body around was just another part of lies and denial that she seems to have lived her life by. I understand why her parents will do anything to save her from the death penalty. Casey is their child and her death won't bring the granddaughter back or give them any justice. Just a terrible tragedy. This case is very upsetting.

Not innocent also means that Casey Anthony was responsible for the little girl's well-being–and isn't being truthful about what she knows or about what happened.

well it is good to hear the lawyer stand by what he said – i think it is quite important to be able to stand by what one says both in public and in private

Wow!!!!! I never heard what Mr. Lippman said!!!!!!!! I think Casey Anthony will be found guilty again for sure! Thanks Gary Tuchman!

Sounds like Cindy Anthony is again covering for her daughter. I wonder if George Anthony is going to do the same thing with the abuse accusation, if he is going to accept the allegation to 'protect' his daughter

I have no problem with the president on his stance on gay marriage, because I know deep down he is for it and if he wins another term will probably come out and support it. But I also know he is playing politics here, and the gay community should be behind him 100%. He is trying to get elected again and they should support that because this president has and will be the best president on gay issues. Its really is a no brainer, I cannot understand how they would cut off their nose to spite thier face. They do not have another option, its Pres Obama or the republican candidate who will not only NOT support gay issues, but will probably try to bring back DADT.

With Whitey Bulger in custody it will be interesting to see how much information he divulges to the authorities in the days and weeks ahead. There are 19 victims he allegedly killed. It makes one wonder if there are any more victims of Whitey Bulger's alleged transgressions that investigators haven't discovered yet.

    Thank you.

Hello everyone. Gays should have the same legal rights as a hetero couple. It's a no brainer. They have made a commitment to each other and want to belong in society legally, on equal footing as any hetero couple. I hope the vote goes through to benefit them. The President is going soft because of the upcoming election year.

I live in NH and get Boston media. They are going buts over Bulger being caught. Just a few days ago they were making fun of the FBI initiative to target his girlfriend. It only took 2 days for the plan to work.
