Editor's note: In a CNN exclusive, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony says they do not believe their daughter Casey is innocent.
Update, 6/23/11, 4 pm ET: In response to Gary Tuchman’s report, Mr. Lippman issued a statement implying that Tuchman had taken his statements out of context. Further, he said “Lippman Law Offices does not and will not condone the idea that attorney-client privilege was ever breached.” CNN and Tuchman stand behind his reporting, and say that when Lippman was asked which statements were taken out of context, Lippman provided no examples.

I posted this on Nancy Grace's site, but will say it here, too: isn't anyone else besides me wondering about the results of Casey's psychological evaluation, conducted in July '08? If she didn't pass, it probably shows she's a psychopath or a sociopath, which would explain why Baez vigorously argued some months ago against another mental exam; if she passed, it means there's no truth to the defense's argument that her father's and brother's alleged abuse scarred her and caused her to lie and act 'normal' all the time, so there goes their explanation for why she kept quiet about Caylee's disappearance. Can any lawyers out there comment on the sealed psych exam of '08, and the possibility of its being opened? Why order her to undergo it, at all, back in '08, if it's not going to be used to possibly establish her guilt or innocence? What was their interest in having her take it, at the time? Who are 'they', anyway?
I feel so bad for George and Cindy Anthony but justice does need to be done.I am not for the death penalty so I think she should go to prison for life and I do believe people who commit crimes loses their rights when they are convicted. So she doesn't have any rights in prison.Put her in there with all the other harden criminals and don't make it to where they have everything but freedom.
Not surprised!!! What do you think???
Its been a long road for them too com too grips with this, my heart bleeds for them. They have been victimized by Casey, this joke of a defense all threw this trial. Hang in there you guys.
Who does? If anyone out there believes she's innocent I have a bridge to sell you.
Now In The 20 What?? Wish We World Wide People Could Hear The Whole Story Instead Of Parts. Really Sucks.
This comes as a surprise?
The entire family is guilty.
I am sorry tell this. But, all family is guilty in some ways. First, if I have a grandchild that disapear for 1 day and nobody can tell me where he/she is i will put everybody on wall. Like, I want to know now, bring the baby now. And if in 2 days nobody give me answers or bring me the baby I will call the police right do way. It is a lot of secrets there. It is a lot of darnk sides in that family. Everybody should play guilty.
If she was lying to them about everything and with all the evidence against her it's hard to think she is not guilty. I have watched the trail and the story on Nancy Grace since it broke and I think she will deserves.
