Casey was a good mother till she turned 21 and discovered the bar scene and loved it.
When she met Tony ( she fell in love and wanted to be with him all night long.) she
needed Cayle to sleep even longer periods of time . That's when she used too much
chloroform.

The defense is desperately trying to prove there was no body in Casey's car because Casey had possession of the car. Using common sense, what is the likelihood that during this particular timeframe Casey's car has the smell of decomposition in it (as described by both her mother and the tow lot employee who are both experiened with such a smell) and it being totally unrelated. Come on! Has your car or anyone you know had a car that had a smell THAT bad in it? Ever? Even after a week of sitting in our trashcan in the heat of the summer meats etc. that we have thrown out, although they smell horrendous, do not have the same smell as something decomposing.
