Hugh Hefner's fiancee calls off the wedding

(CNN) - The third time apparently won't be the charm for Hugh Hefner. The Playboy founder, married twice before, confirmed via Twitter that his 25-year-old fiancée Crystal Harris has called off the couple's impending wedding.

Back in February, Harris was announcing on "Piers Morgan Tonight" that she was all set to marry Hef on June 18. The Playboy Playmate gushed about the wedding details, noting that her best friend and her sisters were on board to be her bridesmaids. "It's going to be fun!" she told Morgan.

But perhaps the nuptials started to look less thrilling. A few days before the ceremony was scheduled to begin at the Playboy Mansion – and right around the time Funny Or Die released a video about the occasion – Harris seems to have opted out.

"The wedding is off," Hefner tweeted on Tuesday. "Crystal had a change of heart."

She decided she wanted a younger man. Hef also decided he wanted a younger wife. Not my joke. Blame Jimmy Fallon.

Kinda funny that a man his age thinks he belongs with a 25 year old hottie. I mean seriously what 25 year old hottie is really going to get with him for "love" I mean whats he got five, maybe 10 years left if he's lucky? It was cool 30 years ago when he young enough to maybe "keep up" with the girls, but in his 80's thats just a bad joke.

Holly loved him enough to have a miniature of his house made and he never marries her or has a family with her after she puts up with all his crap and then he replaced her with younger cheaper version when her biological clock ticks louder. He is really deep down is unavailable emotionally to deal with anything that is emotional, and avoids it by being a workoholic and a sex addict trying to fill the empty space. All that money and no real love. Hmmm, if you can't have one might as well have the other....

I don't see why she would have called it off. They would've lived a long, happy life together ... of about 2 years – at most- when he drops dead.

She probably backed out once he wanted a prenup signed.

Hm. Why do I have a feeling this is all just some plot for a future Reality TV Show?

What a funny deal. He is close to death and she would have gotten all the money...maybe he ran out of Viragia

"Crystal had a change of heart,"... right about when the prenup contract arrived.

Someone must have explained to her what "pre-nup" actually means.

Geez Hef..... why can't you be like a normal old man and realize you are going to die old, alone, and full of regret.
