it really doesnt matter if it was an accident or on purpose, because when she didnt report it and covered it up, she became guilty in my eyes.

Casey started the lie's with Zanny the Nanny. The reason she lied is because she was using chloroform as a babysiiter, and she needed to let mom and dad know that Casey was being watched by someone. Casey would put her daughter in the trunk using chloroform to put her to sleep, and placing duct tape on her mouth so if she did wake up it would muffle the screams of the baby, while she was in the trunk. Meanwhile Casey was in the dance club. The chloroform is what killed Kaylee, the chloroform accumulated after several times of being used on Kaylee in the small enclosed trunk. Casey did not mean to kill her daughter, but her daughter died as a direct result of her actions while committing a felony, which makes Casey guilty of first degree murder.

Dr. G really put little Caylee's death in an order of sequence; when a child drowns in a pool 911 is called, no one puts masking tape on a drowned child, no one puts a drowned child in a black plastic garbage bag, no one hides to body in the woods and the child's tee shirt had "big trouble" on it. Casey was the last one to see her and Casey is guilty of murder.

I think George made a deal with the defense for them to say he molested Casey, so they could explain her lying, then if she is found not guilty, she can say it was another one of her lies, so George is not indicted for rape. She cannot be tried a second time, double jeopardy.

I watch the trial closely. Today Casey was faking, I am pretty sure. At one point she didn't get her hands to her face quite fast enough and I detected the beginning of a yawn. The girl is cold and unfeeling, except once early on when she seemed to come apart in court. Has anyone thought of getting someone to read her lips when she isn't hiding her mouth?
