How to help Joplin, tornado victims

(CNN) - Severe weather this weekend spawned tornadoes that devastated the country's heartland.

The greatest destruction was in the city of Joplin, Missouri, where at least 125 people were killed and a quarter of the city's homes and businesses were reportedly damaged.

As organizations and first responders provide emergency relief, food and shelter, many people across the country are looking for ways they can help.

As soon as you asked, we stopped to pray and ask God for mercy and help for the tremendous losses suffered by the people of Joplin. May our gracious God hurry to help all those across our nation impacted by these tornadoes and facing the daunting task of rebuilding.

    Red cross still isn't feeding the masses- send monies directly to those who are feeding those who knock on their doors http://www.newcreation-joplin.com They will use it to feed people tomorrow morning! They need all the help they can get!
