Tonight we have new details on Arnold Schwarzenegger's confession. He fathered a child with a member of his household staff. Last week, he and his wife, Maria Shriver, announced they were separating. Plus, the lady who's accused of talking for 16 hours on her cell phone on an Amtrak train lands on our 'RidicuList.'

Here are some of them:
1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

Good Night Everyone! "Hang up that phone! Geee!
Good night everyone! Good night Anderson. Sweet dreams. See you tomorrow.
Yah, sorry Lakeisha. Serves you right. Learn to zip it when necessary. Sixteen hours? Geez.. I'd have problably thrown her out the window. Goodnight everyone.
LOL I can't believe our local news made it on CNN. Why in the world would the train kick her out after 16 hours??? Portland has lots public trains (MAX) and people have their headsets so loud for everyone to hear. Even the conductor announces for the person who has their headset on so loud, please turn it off. Obviously that person can't hear! People are becoming selfish and disrespectful.
Good night everyone. Great comments and good to see more people back on the blog. Been slow lately. My cell phone battery would never last that long. How did cell phone lady do it?? I dislike people who are loudly talking on their cell phones in public places. They are completely clueless that no one else wants to listen to them.
I just can't believe Arnold had the nerve to say he hopes the media respects his wife and kids. Huh? I mean, I hope they do, but if he would have "respected his wife and kids", he wouldn't be in this situation.
😀 honestly 16 hours! Oops!
Cell Phone Lady should not have been in the "Quiet Car".
Have a good night everyone:)
As always, LOVE the ridiculist! And, of course Anderson's commentary. 16hrs!
Good night ALL. I wish you a safe and peaceful day tomorrow.
the restaurant wine thing is easy ... gimme a glass of your red house wine (house wine is usually good, and by the glass)
My dad is nearly deaf in both ears. Nothing can be done to improve his hearing. We have to talk really loud to allow his participation in our conversations at restaurants. It is embarrassing and disruptive for others, but there is nothing we can do about it. Sometimes, these things can not be helped. People can move if it bothers them....
16 hours is a very long time. Was she talking with her deaf mother?
Good night everyone.
It's not a surprise for a person like Arnold who has power and fame. Just another human being and I don't blame him for what had happened.
why do the men always get blame and not the wemen i think it is sad .it take two to tango .
Good night Emily, Nancy in Oregon, Nicole, Mike, Starr, Casey, and Megan.
Good night, Jo Ann. I'm off too...Good night, all. (Starr, good to see you.)
Cell phone ettiquette again. We all unwillingly listen in on other people's lives every day. I thought this had been hashed out years ago. We just accept it. This lady must have been really obnoxiously loud.
Yes, to the point it makes you want to say,"Get off that phone!"
Whaaat! 16 hours? Oh God! 😀
Oh my. A 16-hour telephone conversation!
So, Arnold has been coming home every night with two women every night. What a smart move to keep the secret and lies for 10 or 14 years. Thats what some Mormons and the Muslim practices isn't it?
All the golden lawyers should not let him get away with this.
What a week! Let's say it is a week of Ss. Surprising. Shocking. Sex scandal, etc.
Ikr! The news is way more entertaining than primetime tv dramas, lol!
It will come down to her word against his. He's a very powerful man and has what some people say is the best defense lawyer out there. She will be on trial, not him. Sad.
I truly hope what you say does not happen. However, his attorneys are already reported to have an alibi for him.
Considering they grabbed the man off an airplane he had already boarded and have denied him bail, I think they feel her account is extremely credible. There are forensics too which may support her account.
Can not imagine that a foriegn diplomat would risk everything and try to rape a woman. I think this story does not make sense.
This man's actions are certainly confusing, however, i believe he has quite a history re: actions towards women.
Apparently there are several other women in the past who have been attacked. One is supposedly due to come forward soon now that he has been charged in this case.
I agree with the "so what – I only care about their leadership skills", not their private life. Until they make that private life apart of their campaign by sayiing they are running a "family values campaign" and using that against their opponent while cheating on their wife the whole time. That is the worse kind of hypocrite. Newt Gingrich, John Ensign, and Mark Sanford – all republicans, all condemned Clinton for his actions, and all did the same thing if not worse...Gingrich was cheating at the time and calling for Clinton's resignation! Party of family values, not! Party of hypocrites.
In Arnold's case, he was not doing a very effective job. California is a mess. It makes the impact of his confession even more shocking and sad.
I agree about the hypocrisy...that makes the person a very poor leader, in my book–a 'Do as I say, Not as I do' person. I do have a problem with the personal life of leaders being dishonest, though, from the standpoint of the ease they develop with lying. Lying becomes natural. I don't think people really can compartmentalize lying like they think they can-they are in a pinch, they lie. It becomes the auto-pilot strategy. We all get better at whatever we practice...if a leader practices lying and gets good at it, that makes me uneasy. Doesn't matter the venue they do it in.
All the things about cultural values sometimes make life harder for a woman. Very happy for Eman
I am glad that she is in a safe place.
Abolutely agree with you. I am also very happy that Eman is Out of Lybia.
I doubt the new "democracies" resulting from the uprisings in these countries will make a difference for women in Arabic countries because the inequality is rooted in their religion.
From kathy .why d men always get d blame i think d women are wost than d men because she know that he is married .a woman doing that to another woman in my book is worng
While I do not condone a married person cheating, I will say this. America is a very Puritanical state, far behind MANT other countries when it comes to sex. Our obsession with sex is the reason we have so many sexual problems in this country. Sex is the most natural, beautiful act, It cand be in love or it CAN be for sexual release. There is a difference. America needs to learn this
I agree with Dr. Drew. "Don't take the vow if you can't live up to it".
Yes, I agree sex is a beautiful thing, but so is honesty. When you are tired of having sex with me, all I ask is you tell me and I will set you free to have sex with someone else. To not do so is very selfish, you are having your "releases" with someone else while your spouse is not. That is just wrong.
Special service military are trained to act very quickly.
I'm not sure why the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan is an easy breeze. There should be very strict security. Barbe wires. electric wires, more background checks. I can't believe how many terrorists, Taliban fighters are coming to Afghanistan so easily. Pakistan border takes so much bribes. The security are probably millionaires by now.
The border is Very difficult to defend or control. There are smugllers paths, many mountains, etc. that makes it almost impossible to defend. Afganistan has never been taken over by any invasion because of the terrain.
That's true, but the main khyber pass is an easy breaze. I've been to the border and the Pakistani government or police at Karachi takes you for everything you got. Jewelry and such. They should just call Pakistan, Briberistan.
Iran has this shoot to kill law if somebody from Afghanistan tries to come there illegally. 40% of the young persians are addicted to drugs. Pakistan is addicted to terrorism. Afghanistan stuck in the middle. Sucks to be in a landlocked country.
Thank you for the first hand info, i did not know these things.
"Caretaker"? Hope they care more about people
Yea Anderson! Thank you for including Elliot Spitzer among those men.
Whew.. thought u were going to talk about Arnold for the full hour... Thankfully that's done with, and hopefully for good!
How creepy is that to have your mistress working right under your wife's nose?
@Christina He is a public figure. And everyone cares about love. Zzzz!
