the donald has gotten used to everyone bowing to all his wishes and listening to his pontificating, whether right or wrong. i used to like him in the old days. now he sounds like a sore head because of the polls coming in. on one of the tv shows with billy bush he is yelling at the person he is with for bringing him to the wrong polling place. he cant even find out himself where it is , they went to 2 wrong places granted he has a driver, but that should be his responsibility sounds very babyish but i guess when your used to everyone yessing you, your whole life you get to be like the kings in the old times
mr trump he does not like him because he is a black man and that is all it is and he does nead it to get a driver licence and i am not a cistzin mine does not say halph as much as the trumpers and tell let it go say what you can do for my country besides take from us poor people if i coluld spell better i would say alot more good nite
Just show a copy of the birth cirtificate and put this to bed.
If they can. If that does not happen then I will not be satisfied and want an answer.

We cannot, for the life of us, understand why would you give Donald Trump, that ridiculous man, the time of day. If he was shown video of Obama's birth in Central Park he wouldn't believe it. His drones on and provides his myopic analysis of what someone said – "I hear" the certificate doesn't exist, "I hear" that it's missing. He has no facts, nothing intelligent to say – he just talks and talks and talks and says nothing.
We have all the respect in the world for you but cannot understand why you give him any time. The only benefit is that it shows him and the rest of his cronies as the idiots they are.
Anderson: You just made a huge mistake in discussing Obama's grades. George Bush's grades were public (and about the same as Al Gore's) and published in the Washington Post in 2000. Obama should publish his as well. How can we "hire" someone to be the president without this vital background information, especially in light of his lack of experience. It seems you are hell bent on justifying this pop culture icon president. CNN did not ask him the tough questions in the election, accepts the lack of transcripts or official birth certificate....and now, of course, it must be a racial thing....right! Be a real journalist!
Why are American's having problems with the PRESIDENT'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE,
Why is Anderson Cooper so vigorously defending the birth place of Barack Obama? This is ridiculous. IF Barack Obama WAS born in the USA, why NOT just put his certified birth certificate on the news. Lay it down, here it is, here's the proof the country wants. Now can we move on? Why isnt this done? Thats a very simple solution to me and common sense. UNLESS there is some reason why he won't show it?????
Obama is the son of Obama Sr., a British Subject who maintained a legal DOMICILE in Kenya. That is a legal term. Under the law you may have only one. If you maintain a legal domicile in another country then you are only in the US temporarily and thus not subject to US jurisdiction.
The 14th amendment has two requirements to be a citizen:
1. Be born here.
2. Be UNDER US jurisdiction.
At no time did Obama Sr. apply for citizenship or go through the naturalization program. He was here in the US temporarily on a scholarship. The 14th amendment has limitations in that it does not cover people here in the US temporarily and foreign diplomats. While here, Obama Sr. married an American woman. When the American woman married Obama Sr. she expatriated under the law.
Thus, any child so born, would be at birth, by both American and British laws… a British Subject!!!
Most people do not understand that there is a difference between a common citizen and a natural born citizen. Most people have not read common law or even understand the US Constitution, Vattel’s Law of Nations, or the intent of the founding fathers in writing in this requirement. Even worse, they do not understand key cases such as Wong that were decided on the word DOMICILE
ALL DUPLICATES READ "CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH"! Regarding the ridiculous issue of "Certificate of Live Birth" v. "Birth Certificate": In our home we have my husband's original "Birth Certificate" and a copy, my brother's certified copy, a certified copy of my sister's, and my original and a certified copy. The originals from the hospital (which I can't imagine many people in this day and age of techno data storage actually own or are able to find), DO in fact read "Birth Certificate." However, it is impossible to obtain a certified duplicate or copy from a county recorder's office unless you have had at some point held an original "Birth Certificate." Thus, ALL of the certified copies read the following at the top: "Certificate of Live Birth." They were all obtained from recorders' offices in three counties from two states. This is the most ridiculous non issue I've ever heard of. I did a bit of investigating, and there are exceptions for military records. So that there is no claim of bias, I'm a democrat who did not vote for Obama due to his lack of foreign policy experience. Thank you, Mellissa Cross, Taft, CA
This story is proof that even journalism cannot get to the bottom of this issue and deliver the facts. The logic from the White House to not show the real birth certificate because "the goal posts will just get moved" is really foolish. Based on that logic, no one should ever have to deliver proof of anything. Sloppy, real sloppy journalism. Anderson, quit trying to be polite and get to the bottom of the issue by delivering the facts. Why not start with Article 2 and determine how it is enforced?
Why hasn't a doctor, nurse, friend or neighbor stepped forward and said they remember the day that BHO was born in Hawaii? I've lived in Hawaii for 15 years and it is a 'small community' today, with everyone knowing everything about their neighbors. I can only imagine how small it was in 1961. Is there really no one that can talk of first hand experience with the Obama's on the day of the birth??? really? makes me have serious doubts.
Additionally, does anyone know about the school he went to? Punahou is a prestigious private school. It is very expensive to attend. A child that attends that school would tend to come from a family that is likely to be more visible than hidden. Why haven't the journalists found Oahu residents to help explore and explain the issue more definitively??
Donald Trump has already lost an admirer in me. I wish him luck in his conspiracy theory.
Don't understand all of this "birther" issue. Yes certain Republicans want to be heard.
Even if the President had been born somewhere else which he wasn't. As long as his mother was a US citizen it doesn't matter where he was born. According to the US constitution he is a natural born citizen and is qualified to run for President.
Please check with the State Department the President's mother never been in Kenya except to Indonisia after he was born.
It is really simple. A ton of people don't believe the president was born here. The president of the U.S should have to, by all means, produce his birth certificate. Not a trumped-up certificate of live birth. It truly shows an arrogance on the part of this president. The president was elected so the "racism card" has been squashed. I am truly starting to believe that this president has pulled off the biggest scam in history. If he has it, produce it, argument over.
I was born in August of '61 in NY. My birth certificte was lost now I have a certificate of live birth which is accepted as a legal document. Mr. Trump, it seems to me, just wants attention. It's very scary that he knows nothing about foriegn affairs, he's too busy thinking about how to get rid of Obama. Could he act any more immature?
I saw the interview and then the piece from Gary Tucherman. I have no opinion either way but was curious why when, Gary asked the health professional in Hawaii if she had seen the actual birth certificate, why did he not ask to see it also. He completely missed the obvious question and ultimate proof to end this. In stead he went down the live birth cert route. The health professional said she saw the BC about 1.5 years ago...the original. Why not show it and shut everyone up? I am of the opinion that the more you skirt the showing of a document that people says exists, then this will never go away. And I must admit, I am skeptical after watching the report for this very reason. Its so obvious...show the original that she says exists. Put this to bed.
At the end of this video, Cooper states things about the legal fees. Anderson PLEASE do your research correctly! If you were doing the research the way you were suppose to you would have found he has spend millions blocking this in court. Mainly to Robert Bauer of Law Firm Perkins Coie! Philip Berg (form District Attorney in Philadelphia) has tried and tried and court, yet they tell him he has no standings and throw it out! Very strange!!! President needs to put this to rest then, he has the power to release it! So do it!!!! Oh and Robert Bauer now sits in the White House as "White House Counsel"........ like that's a surprise!
So much controversy!! Let me ask Donald Trump and anybody else that doesn't like our president for whatever reason this question. If President Obama was still bi-racial (black and white) and he could easily pass for a white individual, would there still be so much questioning on our presidents' background? Would you dare question where he was born or how was his education? Why now?? Why didn't you all (anti-Obama) do all of your investigation on President Obama before he became president? I tell you the truth, Donald Trump DOES NOT have my vote for the 2012 election, because of his actions that he is displaying now.
Let's point out the obvious so Mr Trump can let this go: If it doesn't exist, how can it be "missing"? If it's "missing", it existed previously and is therefore valid. Mr Trump's words belie his motive: He's beating this dead horse because he cant beat President Obama in an election.

Anderson, Why are you giving air time to Donald Trump to talk about his crazy "birther" notions? I can't listen, I have to turn off the TV when you are interviewing him about that.
That the keywords of "legal standard" keep being mentioned in this debate is what I find interesting. Mr. Obama has provided what the state of Hawaii provides as an official, certified document in the matter. Facts have been provided.
If the "birthers" are convinced he was born somewhere else, it would be their responsibility to provide facts to underline their claims. Vaguely insinuating someone else is being dishonest, in my opinion, would be what doesn't hold up to "legal standards". As long as this continues, I don't see any credibility in this discussion. It does exhibit the telltale signs of any conspiracy theory, most importantly the simple denial of facts in plain sight.
As my father always said "You can't argue with a Blowhard!". But – thank you for trying. People are looking for an excuse not to like the President. Mr. Trump is seizing that opportunity. He is Blowhard – don't waste your time. The American people are smart – they will see Mr. Trump for what he is – a Blowhard.

If you would have done your job exposing Obama like you try and tear down anyone who speaks the truth about him America would not be in the mess it is in. I am outraged at Mr. Trump! If the certification of live birth ins't sufficient for Obama to be president then it invalidates all official documents for the citizens of Hawaii. Being born in Hawaii myself I'm deeply offended. We use that document for any official reasons. If the format is insufficient then what about our marriage certificate? It looks the same, should we not be recognized for that either? Shame on you Mr. Trump! Do your kids know how you treat people?! Totally disrespectful and distasteful.
