    Anderson,
your interview with Donald Trump gave viewers the opportunity to see what a rude, arrogant, and ignorant man he actually is. The suggestion of a Sara Palin , and Donald Trump ticket completes the ridiculous picture, but also most frightening to the world. America is considering, and already is, cutting back on funding education, a tragedy which has already made it possible for such people to dominate the news when there are so many more important issues. It is sad to see that racisim is very much alive in this country, and education is a key to diffusing this, the very thing that is being compromised. I am associated with neither political party. I was sorry to see you having to tolerate Donald Trump, but you highlighted his lack of integrity. T. Jones

Most of the Obama skeptics are NOT racists. We just see our country being run into the ground by a man who obviously is not a good steward of OUR money. Born in the U.S or not, that fact will remain. This lily white girl would love to see Florida Congressman Allen West, who, by the way, happens to be black, run for President in 2012. He'd have my vote!!!

I haven't heard anybody dispute that his mother is a citizen. If so, he would be a "natural born citizen" no matter where he was born. Maybe someone ought to direct Trump and all the other nut cases to the State Department web site that explains this. Why hasn't Anderson or any other correspondent pointed this out on the air?

Why don't you, CNN, take a News Crew and go door to door in Hawaii and have EVERYONE show what they have as a Birth Cert..............At one time I would have voted for Donald Trump....I believe it takes a wise wise business man to run this country....it's not working with the two party system..and they are wasting OUR tax dollars....but, today after his idiotic bull about the birth cert, which the Republican party would have had this out before he was elelcted,...he just wants to ruin this election..........once he has to prove his $$$....he won't run.
    Thank you

In response to the birther issue:

Whoever doubts the President's citizenship must realize, if they are true Americans and believe in the vetting process, that all required conditions were looked at and met. If you believed this process in the past, why not believe it now? Every rational person knows the bottom line to that question whether they want to admit it or not.

Enough on this birther fiasco! Donald Trump is a blow hard and a bully, and does not deserve this much of a platform with CNN. CNN needs to confront him firmly, and stop being so polite with someone so unscrupulous.

    "Birther Investigation"
It's Sad; what the media and the polls show is that Trump and over 25% of the American people are not the brightest candles on the high altar. The birther "controversy" is a running bigot's insult against our president, A slander not worth a response., much like after WW11 racist white soldiers in Hawaii spread the lie among natives that Black soldiers had tails . No Black man lowered himself to respond, as our President has not. But when will the media press Birther Trump to renounce his dual nationality with the state of Israel he acquired at birth.
Surely that would disqualify hi m from the presidency!

Just caught your birther investigation, the issue is obvious your investigating Donald Trumps opinion rather than the life of Barak Obama,\Question, has The president really paid legal fees to keep documents from being published on the news?
Such as his college thesis his, trips overseas, his passport? how about his mothers passport?
I'm sure if your efforts were in this direction your report may have validity., and the process of your report would be impressive.
Who are the editors navigating your story? Are they really impartial or are they filtering the questions?
