From a military housewife & mother of 6(#7) on the way! 1- Why is social security included in the federal budget, is it not a separate entity? A Trust of sorts that americans paid into – if the money is not there explain just where it went! Havent heard the truth about that! Next Why when its suggested that we just let the tax cuts expire, is it called raising taxes? No one is going to let me extend my coupons for diapers or food for my family once they expire, I have to go back to paying full price! Common sense tells me this! Its not a political issue or a social issue, its common sense!

If they cut benefits to the old, the useless, the infirm..the sick.I would say America lost WWII.

Be kind to your people-uplift them from the depths of their prisons. Try it instead of committing atrocities; i.e. war...Our nation would flourish..

America could fix the problem if it wanted to; start with closing those nearly 300 bases...standown with more to come.....

    Sincerely

I am very surprized that non of the parties mention about the millions of $ we are wasting in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan,Yemen, Europe, Israel,& many more. We should pull out our troops and also stop paying yearly installments to Isreal. Istead we should secure our borders. It is high time we sshould realize that we are poor nation. Beggars can not be Philanthropist. Also main cause of the problems of the country's downfall is wall street and the banks – why aren't they in jail!

please do not take away our medicare..I am 64 and have lost all equity in my business and home and credit card interest going to 30%...
I have no health care due to high cost and pre-existing...congress must expire bush tax cuts.
if we seniors suffer..so must the excessively wealthy...why would we want a voucher to pay toward health care premiums..we can't afford the premium period...rebublicans will be out again soon if they keep up this attack on us the middle class..now, if the rebiblicans wish to rid themselves of the baby boomer population, then let them die, they will without health, trust me, I have some issues and must wait till I can afford it or get on medicare..kathy walker small bus owner Ore..
