Dumping radio active water into the ocean really let's think about this. They are dumping really bad stuff into the ocean so they can try to contain even worse stuff in containers that are leaking...yeah right that's a great idea

Could we have a nuclear emergency in Iowa similar to Japan? Have asked all Iowa legislators to investigate allegation I received from credible source that a nuclear plant inspector of the aged (36 years)Duane Arnold Nuclear Power Plant in Palo,Iowa only 6 miles upwind from second largest city- Cedar Rapids, and the same flawed model as Japan, stated that it was the "hottest" plant he had ever inspected in the world. Inspectors have to take time off after inspections to dissipate radiation. My source said that he had to take more time off from Duane Arnold than any other he had ever inspected. This makes me suspect that containment is inadequate as compared to other nuclear power plants This plant was supposed to decommissioned but license was extended to 2024. My appeal to Iowa legislators to investigate this allegation by contacting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission appears to have been ignored. Another concern is how earthquake proof is plant? How much was this taken into consideration 36 years ago? How brittle is the cement containment after 36 years? The New Madrid fault, which made the Mississippi River run backward, is overdue for another earthquake. The New Madrid quake was supposed to have been the largest earthquake to ever occur in the United States. Could the aged Duane Arnold Plant survive a quake as large as Japan's.
