Anderson, after Haiti and now Tahrir Square, you have shown your dedication towards humanitary journalism; that it is total. We think you're cool, no matter what Kathy Griffin says. 🙂

Anderson, Thanks to you and the crew for bringing these pictures, the world can see what really is going on.(video and pictures don't lie). Some of these people just don't get it that violence against others isn't the answer. Keep up the Great work guys!!!!!

You'll have always said that to report the news correctly you had to get up close and personal to it....well, from looking at the tape and the pictures you and your crew got a little too close for comfort! Don't ever call yourself a "wuss" again even in jest – you are very brave and cool-headed in the face of this danger. You and your crew try to stay safe and come home as soon as you can. Do you have any guards to help protect you and your crew?? I hope so.

Despite the attack it seems that you are right in the middle of a revolution – not something that happens every day. I wonder if Mubarak can calm things down by stepping down or if it will make any difference at all.

Are Anderson and the rest of the CNN Crew all RIGHT???

    February 2, 2011 at 5:34 pm |
  31. Sean

He must not have been beaten too bad... I don't see any marks on his face... Stop trying to make the people of Egypt seem like violent thugs. They were just messing with AC...

Getting stomped in the face by three people until you have bruises shaped like soles and then having the police drop charges because the police were corrupt is a good old American beating.
