Anderson Be safe,do what you have to do,but be safe and extra.smart. Jamal in michigan.
Stay safe Anderson! Awesome how you always put your self in the thick of it for the sake of good reporting. Keep up the pace....
I hate to even think of what could happen to you out there. Very scary indeed. I know it's your job but, I don't know. It can be way too daunting at times. I hope you and your crew stay safe while there....Man!
Close call. After watching the video of the Egyptian soldier retreating from the mob with pistol in hand and terror written upon his face, how did you feel during your retreat to safety?
Anderson, hope you and your crew stay out of harms way during these turbulent times. We are praying for your safety there and a for a safe trip home. We need you!
Revolution is taking place !! Unbelievable! It just goes to show what type of a man would go to where the action is; putting his life in peril to get, as it seems the story of the century out there and report report report! Anderson is this man; god bless him and his crew. may they get out of Egypt and home safe with many stories to boast. A few bumps and bruises will not keep this man down. They say that Journalism is dead. Well, Anderson is one of the true, finite journalists to breach such a gap then burn the bridge of the PC, placating, spinless majority out there. Thank you Anderson, you're making history my friend.
Get back safe...
Hey Anderson...I hope you and your crew are okay. Be safe out there you guys....my prayers are with you...come home to us soon...and thanks for your great reporting!!! And again stay safe!
I am Egyptian living in US and I have seen what happen to you and your crew and I am deeply sorry to see that.
I think you may know this already the real Egyptian people is the one you saw the 1st few days those who protected the Museum and cleaned the ground. those are protective and friendly.
Those few moments of fear you have experienced yesterday is the same we have experienced for 30 years.
Those Thugs who attacked you and your crew are the police that you don't see in the street they are the corrupted people who are serving the Mubarak regime and abuse their power because they can.
same thugs you see on the election box when we try to vote no for Mubarak.
Mubarak won't go just cause he has been paid 1.2 Billion for 30 years and he still want more.
Hi Anderson was told by my sister tonight about the attack made upon you & your crew. Please be safe as no news story is worth losing your life. I am a huge fan & appreciate all the work you do to keep us all aware of the goings on in our world. Take Good Care. PEACE ON EARTH!!! 🙂
glad you and your crew are safe now. I am alarmed you reported they tried to rip maryanne's clothes off! What? unbelievable. I lived in egypt in 1982, had blonde hair and green eyes. I was told by the egyptian family i lived with, to never go out alone, and this was in 1982. I didn't listen, went out in broad daylight and was surrounded by egyptian men. i quickly went back to my home and did not do that again. it is serious
This is just wrong. Actually, I own an Egyptian citizenship and I would never go there and participate in these protests because I know it's gonna get ugly. I give it to you Anderson, that is one brave move to go and broadcast live from Egypt.
Anderson, Please come home safely! I watch your show every night! You are a very brave person! It takes a special person to do your job! Please come back soon!
Anderson you are an incredible person! I wish I could meet you someday! Please be safe! My heart sank when I saw your crew attacked!
Anderson: You have nine lives! Be careful over there, that's scary stuff! Almost surreal to watch, can't imagine being there...
Come hoooome Anderson! Stop putting yourself in harms way! We can't do without you! Come back!!
Hey Anderson, Be safe Mr. Cooper. You dont have to do these kind of reporting on those crazy streets. You cant keep them honest or keep them calm. get back to your peaceful land ASAP. Wish you and your crew a safe stay out there. our prayers are with you. You're The MAN !!
Wow...Anderson, you and your crew take care of yourselves and return home safely.
I think cooper should take that warning from the U.s.A goverment to get out bin the morning on those flights.
They said all americans should leave now, thye might not get out later.
Anderson,
Ijust watched the footage of you and your crew attack , I couldn't believe ... I was chocked by the aggressivity
My family and I really appreciate your outstanding work , but we don't want you to get hurt . Stay save at that location and leave Egypt as soon as you with your crew. May God bless you all
Anderson,
You made us proud for all what you did for humanity by your brave reporting. I am one of your fans who closely follow your good work from New Orleans Katrina to evacuating a bleeding child in Haiti. You are truly my hero, may God bless you and USA. It is sad to see what happened to you and your crew from Mubarak thugs. These people they did not honor the freedom of their own people, no wonder why they did not respect the basic Arabs values which stress the respect of the guests. I am disgraced when I saw even the female crew did not get the respect she deserve. Please stay safe and Mubarak should go now.
Take care Anderson together with your crew. It's not easy reporting in that kind of situation. God bless and stay safe:-)
Anderson,
As I watched you and your crew get attacked it practically brought me to tears. I can't Imagine the fear all of you felt being attacked. Be Safe out there! Thanks for all the great reporting.
Stay safe. This makes me so angry. Thank god for the brave reporters and film crew who put themselves in the line of fire to show the world the dispicable people who leads some contries. Egypt as a whole has made itself proud. Impressed by their efforts to clean up after themselves and to take the time to pray during this whole thing. Watching and wishing the Egyption people the very best and the safe return of all Americans and our journalists.
AC what you did is not funny. Covering the news from both sides could have cost you your life and... life goes on. (just imagine that PUNCH to your head!).
While we appreciate your professional effort, please think safety first.
Andeson please please be careful, I am watching when you were attacked by those gorilas in Liberation Square in Egypt. God Bless you and thanks so much for being so professional and brave to bring the knews to us. I am not an Egyptian but I am so againts dictators I really want this revolution to be susccessful on the best interest of the Egyptian people.
Anderson Keep yourself save and your crew.

The main reason why I watch CNN is because of Anderson Cooper and I always say with him journalism is always at its best presenting events live and showing how it is.
