Reporter's Note: President Obama will be cheering for the Bears today. And since my dad was from Chicago, I guess I will too, but I don’t know…Green Bay looks awfully good.
Dear Mr. President,
I’m sure you are busy this weekend working on your State of the Union address, and I hope it is going well. First, because it’s pretty much part of my job to listen to every State of the Union, so I’d rather hear a good speech than a lame one. Second, because you kind of have a rep for being a good speaker and I’d hate to see you blow it on something as big as this. I mean, that would be like throwing an interception in the Super Bowl!
Speaking of which, are you going to watch the playoffs this weekend? Come on. It’s the Bears for crying out loud! I’d have to be working on something a lot more important than a speech to Congress to miss that.
