This woman makes it sound like people are responsible for "babysitting" her and because they didn't she wants to sue. Let her sue, lose and find out she'll have to pay all cost.
She (the "fountain lady") is an idiot–lawyering up and all, but as a fan of CNN, I am hoping you'll drop this "Ridiculist." It's embarassing. It's tabloidesque.
Bad enough to see Anderson on it, but Dr. Sanjay Gupta?

Is it me or did anyone else notice that fountain lady's left leg appears to lift up right before she falls into the water? Almost as if she knew the edge of the fountain was there and lifted her leg up so as to not completely smash her shin against the wall.
