It's been a long time since I was in school. Please refresh my memory! How long do you have to live in the U.S. to vote and if you apply for residency (which I doubt these people have) how long does that take?
    Anyone know?

WOW...Has anyone checked to see if this guy's report is not just a blank ream of paper he stole from Kinko's???? I mean really...JUST infiltrating the Republicans??? No Democrats?
On the heels of the Ricky Gervais interview,I thought this was a scene from an upcoming episode of "The Office"...truly laughable.
People can be American and happen to be Muslim without being Al Qaeda...really..they can.
His motto should be, "keepin that Cold War paranoia alive since 1945".

One last comment to Anderson, perhaps you should have someone go undercover into mosques in Europe and America and hear what actually is being promulgated. With 100% accuracy and with no misunderstandings, the word being spread to the Islamic community is to infiltrate Europe and America w/ the ultimate intent of implementing, slowly overtime, Sharia law/Islamic doctrine which does not recognize infidels, secular parties or the respective nation's government law, and actually permits violence in order to instate it as supreme. If you ever had benefit of hearing what is truly being said, I believe you would take this topic far more seriously.

Anderson, I have total respect for you, and as an industry member, I understand the behind the scenes scenarios at the networks. However, I am quite concerned that each time you cover a Muslim story, you act incredulous that soft and hard forms of jihad have already taken root in America and will only cause greater problems in the future. We have two court cases (NJ and I believe TX), where men were exonerated by an American judge for honour killings of wife/daughter because their religion directed them to do so. Sharia banking has infiltrated every global major bank. Sharia law has sparked lawsuits in American corporations (headscarf, etc). The agenda of hardline clerics and devotees living in America that support offensive jihad a/g infidels in their own land. You need to be familiar w/ concepts in Islam such as taqiyya, which Muslims will hide behind; we experienced this in Los Angeles recently and it was blatant lying and then the party LIED about the lying to confuse; the truth came out and we were all shocked at what the real intent was. Look at the Boston Islamic Cultural Center and the son of the Imam's best friend, who was apprehended before blowing up malls.
You seem unable to grasp that just because the American gov't clears someone to work for them, does NOT mean they do not have jihadist ties. There is plenty of evidence as to our gov't's role in using known aggressors to work for them; there are back door deals going on everywhere in this world and our gov't does not always protect us. You cannot possibly be naive to this.
Bottom line: I travel in Muslim countries, have good Muslim friends, but the dangers of who has snuck into America with malintent are real and for you to be dismissive when covering this subject is very upsetting to many of us.
I cannot cover all the material and research we have put together on this subject in a comment section; but I do suggest CNN assign one individual to you that keeps you up w/ breaking info on this globally. And although Brigette Gabriel may be on CNN's "No" list, she has her own TV show now, and CNN and other networks will not be able to block the truth in the future.
