    Bryan Wright said he took the opportunity to teach students that you could do great things even with human failings. Glaude echoed similar sentiments. That is one of the points Reese was trying to make, that is start a discussion. The relaity is we have a mentality that we can talk about failings of every public figure except King. Reese also made it plain in his commentary that he welcomed alternate points of view and a debate on the issue. No one has called the radio station to take him up on his offer.

    The majority of white Americans resent this kind of hate rhetoric and I thank God for them.

    Anderson Cooper;

    Finally, a news reporter who refused to allow a person like Brett Reese continue is ranting of hatred and intolerance. I was so moved by your message in response to his antics...it is about time that the media who have so much influence and power say "NO!" to this type of nonsense.
