What about the lady that Sprayed tanned her 15 month old baby! That lady IS CRAZY!
I've seen a handful of episodes of Toddlers and Tiaras and each time I've wondering how these parents aren't being arrested for endangerment of a child. Nicole takes it to a new level. Ugh.
My personal favorite episode was the one that featured three generations of women entering the same pageant. The toddler, the mom and then grandma in the 50+ pageant. Mom trained on a STRIPPER pole in her living room while her toddler sat and watched. Incredible.
For those of you who haven't seen the Little Miss Sunshine, you should. Olive's talent act exposes the parents, judges and organizers of these pageants for what they are: vile hypocrites. Brilliant.
This Tiaras show should be considered child buse none of these girls look happy in what they are made to endure (spray tan, hair weaves, mouth pieces, eye wax and tweezed, only afew of the things They are given sugar straws to keep them "up" and energized How can these women do this to their children, I have a daughter and would never have put her thru this It is also making them think that beauty is a very important thing This show should be taken off and these children given a chance to be children
I have never been keen on kid beauty pageants, you have stagemothers on steroids with too much entitlement regarding their kids, and to me children should not be objectified in any way, shape or form. Just let kids be kids, specially after what happened with Jon Bennett Ramsey, while her parents where found not responsible in her death, I do not feel it was ever a good idea to put their little girl out like that. It's worse than some cases of child actors and the tragedy that follows them. Children should be allowed their childhood on their terms and kid beauty pageants do not help in that respect.
Not only is this not funny, but it's disturbing. This appears to be child abuse...this "mother" should be arrested...
I watched the segment on the five year old child having her eyebrows hot-waxed. I could not believe what this mother was doing to this child. She suffered pain, torture and abuse. Her mother said she had suffered from this before. I think Family Services should look into this mother. I can only imagine the emotional problems this child is going to have in the future. I don't think this will be the last time this child is going to suffer at the hands of her mother unless someone intervenes.
I saw this on a replay of 360 at 4:30 this morning (couldn't sleep) and I couldn't stop laughing. I saw this episode of Toddlers and Tiaras – it's my guilty pleasure. That show is always good for some laughs and it makes me feel like the world's greatest mom! It amazes me to see what some parents will make their children do.
