Reports: Brett Favre Being Sued – Join the Live Chat

Tonight on 360° we have breaking news on NFL star quarterback Brett Favre. There are reports he's being sued by former massage therapists for the N.Y. Jets. We'll have the latest. Plus, the investigation on those raunchy videos taped aboard a U.S. Navy battleship. And, see who we added to our 'Ridiculist.'

Scroll down to join the live chat during the program. It's your chance to share your thoughts on tonight's headlines. Keep in mind, you have a better chance of having your comment get past our moderators if you follow our rules.

Here are some of them:

1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

    @Jo Ann,
I'm sure that CNN is very pleased with just the once from Kathy. Kathy appears to have that as a running joke, whether or not she is going to be banned by CNN.

poor micheal. guess i am fortunate that i have never had trouble sleeping – i am more of a 'napper' – couple hours here, couple hours there, good to go – some people cannot sleep in daylight or noise – yes i consider myself fortunate

Michael Jackson did not commit suicide. What can of lawyer is she to take a defense's word.

Is Dr. Murray licensed as a 'Rehab' MD?
If he claims that Jackson was addicted to this Rx, can he treat him?

    January 3, 2011 at 10:49 pm |
  21. Steven

It seems unlikely that Michael Jackson was suicidal if he was embarking on his tour soon, but he looked absolutely cadaverous in that appearance where he was announcing it. If one wanted to commit suicide, it sounds like "Propofol" would be an excellent, painless way to do it: if it was available.

Isn't the doctor negligent by leaving Michael Jackson unattended?

    January 3, 2011 at 10:49 pm |

I always missed Michael Jackson since death,
Dr. Murray will found guilty for that! I hope he will never give people a drug.

    January 3, 2011 at 10:48 pm |
  24. Emily

Interesting that Michael Jackson "demanded" this drug, however, the fact that his MD gave it to him...whether he administered it or not, he would not have had access to it outside a hospital from what little I've heard.

I think the truth about what really happened the night of Michael Jackson's death may never be known.

  26. Jo Ann, Ohio

@Emily, "I think that Kathy was only heard once swearing. (over the air)"

Yes she did, but CNN won't ban her.

  27. Nina

Dr. Murray attempted CPR while Michael Jackson was on the bed? You never conduct CPR on a soft bed. Murray was also on the phone to other people long before her dialed 911.

I find it hard to believe that a person given propofol, which would have put them out immediately, was able to give themselves another dose of the same medicine. Are they trying to say that he was sleep dosing?
