Here are some of them:
1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

I wonder what the long term physical affects would be from running this distance.... on his knees, ankles, feet?
Impressive interview by Dr. Gupta.
"Mind over matter" seems to work for some.
He must sever his brain from his body so he does not feel any pain during the process. Amazing!
"Turn of the mental noise"...
That's a great line there.
It can't be good for your body to run that far. I don't think the joints, particularly the knee joints can stand that over time. If he has to soak himself in a cooler full of ice afterward, there might be a clue there.
Cool!!!! What brave for his!! He is best Ultramaratoner run as 150 miles to go!!!!! *WHEW!*
How do people do that?
Do you pretend that someone is chasing you?
Go to britain and you will find that the debate aorund which treatments are "cost efrfective" are about items such as cosmetic surgery to relieve emotional pain and patients choice about which type of birth control.
Always been interested in these thrill seekers, to overcome obstacles to make them succeed physically. What discipline!
150 miles running... OMG

"why do people always make videos and leak them instead of doing things privately."
because I think that many people want their 15 minutes of fame, and that's a fast way for some to get it?
Bloggers,
I agree....... I don't believe what they are saying death panel are!!!!!!! Not true, Michelle (Sarah)!
Recently it was pilots were approved for TSA screening exemptions when their union argued that basicly we should trust them because "if they really wanted to..."
Ramp employees are also subject to extensive background checks PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT so it seems to me that a measure of trust is extended to both groups.
Pilot Liu does not have all the facts nor did he address issues in the proper forum.
The "lifers" are at it again. Taking away our right to decide if we would like to end our life gracefully, especially when battling a terminal illness...
What rubbish. By 85 year old dad had a cataract removed last year on the UK health service.
Of course people decide whether they will spend money of very expensive treatment. Individuals do that all the time.
This "death panel" stuff was never true.
My understanding was that it was an ammendment added my a Rep expanding W's provision for a one time Medicare consultation with your doctor to discuss your wishes (do you want to be on a respirator, etc.) In the new med. bill you can discuss this issue with your doctor once a year, and he will get paid by Medicare.
The whole issue was blown out of proportion when the "town meetings" occurred.
why do people always make videos and leak them instead of doing things privately. I think now people just want to make a name for themselves. They say it's to keep the country safe, or show injustices but I am very doubtful because our country is turning into a "look a me" society. It is so disturbing.
Seasons Greetings from Bermuda!!
Thankfully not all airports have such weak security accesss, here in Bermuda Cround Staff must pass through security check points in order to get on the ramp and to exit from the ramp. It is my opinion that the San Francisco T.S.A. are simply doing damace control which any business would do under such circumstances. Sadly, there should be achknowledgement of the security issue and steps taken to immediately address the flaws. Taking such steps would be more pro-active as opposed to denying the problem and shooting the messanger. I personally am thank-full the the pilot for his courage and concern!
Happy New Year Everyone!!!
If the doctors don't advise people on their options, the patients will be at the mercy to the illness exploitaiton industry.
Death Panels... more fear mongering! Same old crap. Every person should have the right to decide to end their life if battling a terminal illness! Talk about losing our rights from Palin and others...
Here comes Michele Bachman again (and Sarah Palin) with their death panel and "faceless bureaucrats". End of life planning or counseling isn't a death panel. It simply explores the particular person's options should they need various types of care as they age and to help them plan if necessary.
This whole debate about "detah panels" is a disgrace to freedom of speech. Of course end of life planning is fundamental to health care.
Wouldn't you want to know your medical options?
The Republicans and those that are against this really should STOP calling them "Death Panels"! Personal, I find them hard to listen to and take seriously.
Like these "death panels" being discovered in the Health Care Act, I'm sure the next two years will reveal all sorts of hidden items within this Act. Has anyone read the thousands of pages in this Act?
Hawaii Governor is right thing stand up for president Obama defends his private birth certificate.
