This is the same reasoning the VA is using to not supply Service Dogs for disabled Veterans. In 2002 the VA congress funded $3 Billion to supply Service Dogs for Veterans, in 9 years 8 Service Dogs have been placed. Where did the money go? The VA's explanation was they could find not "standards or criteria" for any type of Service Dog, with the exception of Guide Dogs.

In 15 minutes on a computer I could supply that information for all types of Service Dogs, including dogs for PTSD and TBI.

Since Keeping Them Honest is taking on the VA, Military Medical and Tri-Care (by the way I'm a member of Tri-Care) how about adding the Service Dog issue, they DID/DO have funding for this medical assistance, and still won't provide for Veterans.
