This was great coverage and a timely look at the most bizarre and yet most tolerated group of criminals in the history of the country. It has been inspirational to see how the AC360 reporters have watched the madness shape up in this cult. Hopefully the interview with author Jon Krakauer will be posted soon. He hit the nail on the head, as usual, with his assessment of this cult and it's leader. Way to go.
Living in Phoenix, where Jeff's followers routinely abandon boys, I have no sympathy for this man. Not only do they marry girls to old men, but because of the obvious mathematical dilemma that creates, they get rid of their extra sons by just dumping them in the big city. You can imagine how a teenage boy who's never even seen TV, copes when suddenly dropped off in the big city.
This man is responsible for girls being raped and boys been sent to their doom.
Seeing him in shackles is nothing but a good thing.
