After looking at this video all I can say is Wow what a woman! Elizabeth Edwards was a intelligent, smart, faithful wife who truly loved her family. She stood by her husband in the midst of scandal until she could stand by him anymore. You will be missed Elizabeth. Rest in peace now, in the arms of The Father, where there is no more pain, no more sorrow.
She was such a beautiful lady. A real tribute to her family and her North Carolina friends.
We shall miss her!
So sad. Rest in peace Elizabeth Edwards. Men don't know what a good woman they have until it is too late.
I was shocked to hear that Elizabeth Edwards had died today – I expected it would be soon but not this soon. Perhaps this was a mercy to her to minimize the wait and the pain. I just know that in listening to the excerpts in the clip that while she was teaching us how to live she was also showing us how to approach the end of one's life with dignity and grace. My condolences to her children and the rest of her family; they had a wonderful mother that I know they will miss forever. And blessings to Elizabeth for all the kindness and blessings she shared with us in her too short life.
