Thanks Anderson for bringing this guy to light. I found it interesting when he attacked you, saying "you used to be good Anderson". It seems you were wonderful before he made an idiot of himself and he was the subject of your report. When will these guys realize that they can't get away with spewing unsubstantiated garbage on the floor. Good luck to Mr. Cutler, he deserves better!

I hope this congressman is up for election and will be defeated. He's not only dumb about the terror babies, he's stubborn, resistant to logical argument, and now vindicative. Having the art person fired is way beyond acceptable behavior and he should be called on it.

Thanks for getting this information out to the public. It's pathetic the quality of public servant that Texas has produced lately, but we continue to vote for them, so our apologies. And apologies to Mr. Cutler. SFA didn't have the stones to protect their own against Gohmerts Confederate politics, but at least they gave him a consolation prize-outstanding commendations and some time in the spotlight. Axe'em Jacks?

I don't follow other states' politics and don't know who this Gohmert guy is, but from the story you aired last night, it's easy to tell WHAT he is.
I think it's a disgrace that a politician , an assanine one at that, can ruin someone's livelihood. Rep. Gohmert obviously used his political power to get Mr. Cutler fired for doing nothing but voicing his opinion – one that I'm sured is shared by many. What a jerk! I hope Gohmert gets what's coming to him one of these days.

This is not shocking at all. Unfortunately, SFA and schools like it depend on small-time congressmen like Gohmert for their budgets. This means that there is no such thing as academic integrity when it comes to angering the republicans in power.

what a small person! Who would take someone's livlyhood, because of a snub? That person, be it Dem or Rep, should be voted out on Nov. 1!!!!

I am ashamed that this happened at my university. It's wrong and does not speak for the people here who dedicate themselves to upholding the true values of education. Thank you Anderson for bringing this story to the light.
